Saturdays in July @ 10am

Summertime Yoga at the community garden will focus on flexibility, strength, circulation relaxation, and finding stillness. Yoga is for everyone, enjoy the garden together with your neighbors.

July 17th - Beginner yoga with Isabel and Miranda
July 24 - Beginner yoga with Amy and Miranda
July 31st - Beginner yoga with Miranda
